Unless you’ve been living under a rock over the past few weeks, you’re probably aware that there’s a serious virus making its way around the globe. My hope is that we all manage to avoid it – but it can’t hurt to take some extra care of our immune systems during this time. In addition to this outbreak, we are still contending with the regular cold and flu season. Tis the season, unfortunately.
We all know the typical immune-boosting actions, such as taking Vitamin C and eating more garlic and onions. But in these crazy times, we need to look at building our immunity on an even deeper level. Especially if you’ve already had a cold or flu this season.
